## What's your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum on DTF printing — 1 piece is fine. Screen printing minimums are per design (same artwork and ink colors; sizes can be mixed): 24 pieces for a 1-color design, 36 for 2 colors, and 48 for 3+ colors. Embroidery minimums vary by item and are confirmed with your quote; smaller runs are often possible.

## How long does production take?

Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders ship in 2–3 business days after design approval and payment, for an additional fee. These are ship dates, not delivery dates — transit time is extra. Timelines can vary with order size and decoration method — we'll confirm an exact ship date with your quote.

## Do you offer design services?

Yes, our in-house design team can create custom designs for your brand or optimize the artwork you already have. We offer logo design, brand identity development, and merchandise-specific artwork creation, and we know how to optimize designs for each printing method and product.

## What printing methods do you use?

We offer DTF (direct-to-film) printing, screen printing, embroidery, and sublimation. The right method depends on your design, quantity, fabric, and budget — DTF is best for small runs and full-color art, screen printing for larger runs, and embroidery for polos, hats, and outerwear. We'll recommend the best fit for your project.

## Can you handle large corporate orders?

Yes. We've produced merchandise for Fortune 500 companies and have shipped 20,000+ items. We handle large runs with coordinated shipping to multiple locations, size collection, and a dedicated point of contact from quote to delivery.

## Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. We provide nationwide shipping within the United States with fast, reliable delivery to all 50 states. For customers outside the US, we recommend working with a freight forwarding service if you need to receive products internationally.

## What's included in your pricing?

Our pricing includes the base product, printing/customization, basic design services, and standard packaging. Additional services like rush production, special packaging, individual addressing, or complex design work may incur additional fees. We provide detailed quotes outlining all costs upfront.

## Do you provide samples before production?

Yes, we offer product samples and can provide print samples for a small fee. For large orders, we often recommend approving a sample before full production. Digital mockups are provided free of charge for all projects to help visualize the final product.

## How do I place an order?

1) Request a quote through the quote form, by text or phone, or by email. Include the garment (or "help me choose"), quantity and size breakdown, decoration method if you know it, your artwork or design idea, where it ships, and your deadline. 2) We send a free digital mockup and price. 3) You approve the mockup and pay the invoice. 4) Production starts; the order ships in 7–10 business days, or 2–3 with rush. Catalog pages are for browsing garment options; orders are placed through a quote, not a checkout.

## What is your return policy?

All sales of custom items are final. Misprints or defects reported within 3 days of delivery are reprinted or refunded.
