## How long do Greek orders take? Do you offer rush?

Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders ship in 2–3 business days after design approval and payment, for an additional fee. These are ship dates, not delivery dates — transit time is extra. We understand Greek life moves fast — bid day, rush week, and formal deadlines don't move — so tell us your date and we'll plan around it.

## What's your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum on DTF printing — 1 piece is fine. Screen printing minimums are per design (same artwork and ink colors; sizes can be mixed): 24 pieces for a 1-color design, 36 for 2 colors, and 48 for 3+ colors. Embroidery minimums vary by item and are confirmed with your quote; smaller runs are often possible.

## Can you work with our existing designs?

Absolutely! Send us your existing artwork and we'll make sure it looks perfect on your chosen merchandise. Our design team can also help enhance or modify existing designs to work better with different printing methods or products.

## Do you offer group discounts?

Yes! The more you order, the better your pricing. We also offer special rates for chapter ambassadors and bulk orders. Our tiered pricing system ensures you get the best value whether you're ordering for formal, rush, or everyday chapter needs.

## What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and can set up payment plans for larger orders. We understand budget constraints in Greek life and work with you to make payment as easy as possible.

## Can you ship directly to individual members?

Yes! We can ship to multiple addresses for an additional fee, perfect for alumni orders, big/little gifts, or members who've graduated. We can also coordinate delivery to your chapter house or a central location.

## What's included in your design services?

Our design team provides unlimited revisions, color matching to your chapter colors, and expertise in what looks best on different products. We can create new designs from scratch or work with your existing artwork.

## Do you offer samples before I place a large order?

Yes! We can provide samples of products and print quality for a small fee. This is especially helpful for large orders or when you're trying a new product type for the first time.

## How do I place an order?

1) Request a quote through the quote form, by text or phone, or by email. Include the garment (or "help me choose"), quantity and size breakdown, decoration method if you know it, your artwork or design idea, where it ships, and your deadline. 2) We send a free digital mockup and price. 3) You approve the mockup and pay the invoice. 4) Production starts; the order ships in 7–10 business days, or 2–3 with rush. Catalog pages are for browsing garment options; orders are placed through a quote, not a checkout.

## What is your return policy?

All sales of custom items are final. Misprints or defects reported within 3 days of delivery are reprinted or refunded.

## Is your Greek merch officially licensed?

SWFTEES is an Affinity-licensed vendor for Greek merchandise. Using a fraternity or sorority's letters, crest, or other trademarks follows that organization's licensing rules and approval process.
