Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SWFTEES services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on SWFTEES website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed by quote. We send a digital mockup and price; production begins after you approve the mockup and pay the invoice. All orders are subject to acceptance by SWFTEES. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Production and Shipping
Standard orders ship in 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush orders ship in 2–3 business days after design approval and payment, for an additional fee. These are ship dates, not delivery dates — transit time is extra. Ships to all 50 US states. No international shipping. Shipping to multiple addresses is available for an additional fee. Ship dates and carrier transit times are estimates and may vary.
Returns, Misprints, and Defects
All sales of custom items are final. Misprints or defects reported within 3 days of delivery are reprinted or refunded. To report a misprint or defect, email contact@swftees.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SWFTEES or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
